Job Description:
WORK FROM OFFICE (WFO)
Number of Positions: 15
Location: Kaikhali, VIP Road, Kolkata-52
Stipend : Rs 10,000.00 per month (Breakdown: Rs. 7,000 Fixed. And Rs. 3,000 Variable, contingent on
achieving monthly achievable hiring / onboarding benchmark.)
Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives as per organizational policy, based on monthly targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Bulk Hiring:
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring projects.
o Sourcing candidates using various platforms such as job portals, social media, and internal
databases.
o Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
2. Goal Achievement:
o Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets as per organizational goals.
o Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure hiring deadlines are met.
3. Coordination & Reporting:
o Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for smooth onboarding processes.
o Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment data, and reports for review.
4. Stakeholder Management:
o Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
o Liaise with team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
o Goal-oriented and capable of managing time effectively.
o Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and hiring processes.
2. Work Environment:
o Work from Office: Candidates should be willing to work in a structured office setup and adhere to
office timings.
o Work from Home: Candidates must have a stable internet connection, smartphone and a conducive
workspace.
