Poster Submission Round (via Uptoskills)

Each team is required to choose one business value and select a company/ organization that has built a viable business upholding the value as their core business philosophy. A poster shall be submitted demonstrating the importance/ impact of value-driven business.

Teams may choose from a) Ethical Business, b) Inclusive Workplace, c) Employee Satisfaction, d) Social Impact, e) Environmental Sustainability. The list is not exhaustive. Teams may come up with different values and ideas.

Only one poster should be submitted by the team.
An executive summary of not more than 300 words should be submitted along with the poster.
The poster and executive summary should be submitted in one PDF file ONLY
The names of the participating team members should be included in the poster.
Original images and data are preferred, if used secondary information is used, accurate citation is mandatory.

Offline Case Study and Presentation Round

Six shortlisted teams from the online submissions would be invited for a case study presentation at IRMA. On-Site Case Presentation would be on a case based on Ethics and Business Values.
