Job Descriptions: Assist in recruitment and joining formalities Assist in induction of new employees to familiarize with company’s culture. Manage attendance, leave, pay roll, compensation policies, resignations & retirements with superannuation benefits. Maintaining discipline in the staff Assist in training, performance evaluation, increments, promotions, pay fixation, transfers etc. Assist in monitoring of House Keeping and Security Services, welfare activities, digitization etc. Coordination with Authority and ensuring the smooth operations of works as per the requirement. Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: The candidate should possess Full time BBA / MBA in HR degree from the recognized university. Candidate should possess about 01 year experience. Candidate having good knowledge of HR (like recruitment, appraisal, promotion, increment, pay fixation, leave etc.), Pay Roll, Allowances and statutory requirements will be preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal). The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. The candidate should have information gathering skills, understanding of basic office administrative processes, technology literacy, particularly internet and social media. The candidate should have excellent common sense and positive aptitude.
