Job Description:

Customer Service Excellence
Greet and assist guests warmly.
Ensure guests receive prompt, polite, and efficient service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Ticketing and Cash Handling
Process ticket sales accurately.
Manage cash transactions, ensuring proper handling and reporting.
Assist with online and kiosk ticketing support as needed.
Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness in lobby, seating areas, washrooms, and other public spaces.
Conduct regular checks to ensure facilities are tidy and functional.
Food & Beverage Sales and Assistance
Upsell and cross-sell food and beverages to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized concession area.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Safety and Security Awareness
Monitor guest activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Assist in emergency protocols, including evacuation if necessary.
Enforce cinema policies (e.g., no outside food, no recording).
Operational Support
Assist with cinema opening and closing duties.
Support ticketing, concession, and floor teams as needed.
Manage crowd control during high footfall.
