Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services. - Assist in onboarding new clients and managing account activities. Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in client relationship management or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Immediate availability to start.
