Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top
talent to join our organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh
graduates who are passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social
media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications to assess
candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
Conducting Interviews: Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings and
interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Assisting in Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to
understand their requirements and assist in the selection process by providing
insights and recommendations.
Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep track of candidate information,
updates, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other
databases.
Coordinating Recruitment Activities: Assist in organizing recruitment
events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities as required.
Providing Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks
such as scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and managing candidate
communication.
Staying Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal
requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques is
preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or relevant
experience is a plus.
