Key Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle feedback professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about programs, services, and events.
Meet or exceed customer support performance metrics.
