CG Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, developing compelling sales strategies, and propelling our sales pipeline forward. You'll work closely with senior sales representatives and contribute directly to achieving ambitious revenue goals. What You'll Do: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify leads aligned with the target market of CG Advantage Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media) Craft engaging sales pitches that highlight the unique value proposition of CG Advantage and address specific client needs. Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting. Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business challenges. Conduct product demos and presentations effectively, educating prospects on our solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success) to ensure a smooth lead handoff and client experience. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Assist with developing and implementing marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field A strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. A hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (a plus).
