Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive at OLX, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about OLX services, features, and policies. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, troubleshooting, and offering solutions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when required. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy. Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Key Skills Required: V5 Proficiency: [Elaborate on the specific V5 tool/skill if applicable]. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Customer-centric approach and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Qualifications: For Freshers: 14,000 INR in-hand during the apprenticeship period. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
